Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all products are printed on demand, we handle returns as follows:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at admin@s8t.ai with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item at no cost.

Order Cancellations

Since products are made to order, we can only cancel orders not yet in production. Contact us ASAP if needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature, we cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged/defective, buyer's remorse, or color variations due to monitor settings.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 additional business days for it to appear on your statement.
